Conventional welding rotator consists of one drive unit and one idler unit to meet welding requirements of hand-welding, automatic welding and automatic submerged arc welding. Roller distance is adjusted by screw arbor or bolt. It is especially suitable for cylinder with much smaller (lighter than 5 tons)or much bigger weight( heavier than 200tons). Rotators could be made of rubber, Steel Or PU, It is all on customers’ requirements.

Features:

·Composed of driving/power unit, idler unit, electric cabinet and manually controlled panel.

·Manual controlled panel with buttons makes operation much convenient.

·Distance between rollers can be adjusted by lead screw (or bolt) to fit pipes/tanks with different diameters.

·Frequency speed control is applied for the adjustment of roller speed.

·Polyurethane(PU) rollers are more durable and wearable.

·Double drive increases rollers’ torque.

·Rollers material could also be black rubber or steel.

·Could be designed as movable, lifting and anti-drift types.
